Appraisal Evaluations' Chief Appraisal Officer, Jason Fischman, IFA, MRA began his career in real estate appraisal in 1989 and has since practiced as an independent fee appraiser, the Appraisal Operations Manager for a dot-com real estate closing services provider and as the Chief Appraiser for a large regional appraisal firm.Mr. Fischman is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California; #AR008365, holds a B.S. in Appraisal Technology and is qualified as an Expert Witness in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.Mr. Fischman is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, a Class A member of the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers and is a designated member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and the National Association of Master Appraisers.
